Job description: Employer will assign positions during your Employer Skype interview, however you will be cross-trained to work various positions as needed by the business.
A housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Duties will include but are not limited to cleaning rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers, changing linens, laundry, dust, vacuum, and empty trash, etc. Very physically demanding. Be prepared to stand, bend, kneel and push a 50lb/23kg cart all day. Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Please do not apply if you are sensitive to any kind of chemicals or lotions or have physical limitations that would keep you from doing your job. Restock housekeeping carts. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
General Cleaner is responsible for keeping public areas of the resort clean and tidy. Duties will include but are not limited to cleaning rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, sweeping mop, emptying trash, dusting, sanitizing, etc. Very physically demanding. Be prepared to stand, bend, kneel and push a 50lb/23kg cart all day. Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Back Server is responsible for assisting front waiters by performing a variety of tasks: filling water glasses, removing empty plates, replenishing table supplies, making sure food is served in a timely manner, accommodating special requests, assisting with necessary cleaning, etc. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Stewarding is responsible for cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths. Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender. Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Culinary duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
